30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Noira Airflow. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The product is in its original packaging, with all accessories, attachments, and documentation included
  • The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date

Items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging or components are not eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@noirahairstyling.com  with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a return confirmation and instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the product back to our return address using the instructions provided:

Please do not send your product back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@noirahairstyling.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with missing accessories, attachments, or original packaging
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
